PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATES:

I am accredited with all major Private Health Funds and WorkCover.

Instant rebates are available with HICAPS, bring your membership card along with you.

CREDIT CARDS / EFTPOS :

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos.

LATE ARRIVAL:

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time. We will retain the right to charge you for your full treatment time.

Ideally please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional healthcare. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged a “Short-Notice Cancellation Fee” (50% of the cost of the booked appointment type). If we are able to fill the appointment time from our wait list, the fee will be waived.

Missed appointments (no shows) may be charged a “Missed Appointment Fee” (100% of the cost of the booked appointment type).
